Refund Policy

This page is in draft. The company entity is being established. The substantive terms below are final, but specific identifiers — legal entity name, jurisdiction, trade license number, registered office address — will be filled in once the UAE trade license is issued. Until then this page is published in good faith and is not legally binding on either party. If you need a binding version in the meantime, write to privacy@realprice.ae.

This Refund Policy explains when you are entitled to a refund from Realprice and how to request one. It forms part of our Terms of Service by reference.

1. Our refund principle

We charge for delivered analyses. If we deliver an analysis with a defensible verdict, the credit is consumed and is not refundable. If we cannot deliver an analysis with a defensible verdict, you are not charged in the first place. Most refund situations fall cleanly into one of those two cases. The exceptions are described below.

2. No-verdict outcomes — no credit is consumed

The following outcomes are automatically not charged:

In each case, the report appears in your history with a clearly labelled “No verdict — no charge” tag, and no credit is debited from your account. You may retry the same URL later at no cost.

3. Unused credits — 14-day refund

You may request a full refund of any credit pack within 14 days of purchase, provided no credit from that pack has been spent. We refund to the original payment method via Stripe; the funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your card issuer.

As soon as any credit from the pack has been used to generate a verdict-producing analysis, the entire pack is considered consumed for refund purposes — we cannot refund the unused remainder. This is the trade-off for keeping pack prices low: every pack is priced as a whole and not as a per-credit subscription.

4. Used credits — non-refundable

Once a credit has been used to deliver an analysis with a defensible verdict, that credit is not refundable. The work has been performed: the listing has been fetched (which costs us money), the comparables have been computed, and the report has been written to your account where you can revisit it any time.

If you believe a delivered report is materially defective — for example, an obvious data error or a methodology bug that affects the verdict — please see Section 6 below.

5. Subscription cancellations

The Weekly Watchlist Digest is a recurring weekly subscription billed in advance.

6. Service quality or billing disputes

We review service-quality and billing disputes case-by-case. If you believe you have been charged in error, or that a delivered report is materially defective due to a bug on our side, write to support@realprice.ae within 30 days of the relevant transaction and describe the issue. We will respond within 5 business days. Where the issue is on our side, we will refund the affected credit or charge in full.

7. Stripe disputes and chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your card issuer, we will respond to Stripe with the evidence we hold for the transaction. Where the chargeback is upheld, the corresponding credits and any service benefit derived from them are reversed and your account may be suspended pending review. Where possible, we encourage you to contact us first at support@realprice.ae — almost every disputed charge can be resolved faster directly than through the card-issuer process.

8. How to request a refund

Email support@realprice.ae with the following information:

We aim to respond within 2 business days and to process eligible refunds within 5 business days of receiving the request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
